Visiblie review 2026: agents that deploy fixes, strategists if you pay for them

Visiblie's platform runs from 79 EUR/mo with five agents that can deploy schema and content to your site, and done-for-you work from $4,125/mo. What it executes and what it misses.

The question on this site is always the same: once the dashboard shows a gap, who does the work? Visiblie answers it two ways. It sells a self-serve platform whose agents can audit, plan, write and deploy fixes, and it sells strategists who do the work for you. That is ambitious, and the details matter, because the vendor's own pages disagree on a couple of them.

A housekeeping note first. Visiblie (visiblie.com) is a Belgian company. Visiblee (visiblee.ai) is an unrelated product with a near-identical name.

What it is and who it suits

Visiblie BV was founded in 2025 by Gilles Praet (growth and sales) and Domien Van Damme (tech and product). In a July 2026 post on its own blog it announced 500,000 EUR in convertible loan financing from Seeder Fund, BeAngels and Steven Tielemans. The platform tracks buyer prompts every week across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI. It reports mention rate, share of voice, citation rate and recommendation rate against named competitors, and flags accuracy problems such as wrong prices or outdated features.

The part that earns attention here is the agent layer. Five agents (Scout, Strategy, Content, Deploy and Monitor) audit, plan, write, ship and then watch the result. Deploy pushes schema, content and metadata through your CMS API, direct file access or a script tag, in review mode or autonomous mode. An MCP server exposes the data to Claude, Cursor and other assistants.

What each plan buys

We read these prices on visiblie.com/pricing and visiblie.com/llms.txt on 20 October 2026.

PlanPriceWhat you get
Starter79 EUR/mo (63 EUR/mo yearly)50 prompts weekly on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI, 10 recommendations, 1 seat
Growth129 EUR/mo (103 EUR/mo yearly)100 prompts weekly, 20 recommendations, GSC, GA and Looker, 5 seats
Scale199 EUR/mo (159 EUR/mo yearly)150 prompts weekly, 25 recommendations, PDF export, unlimited seats
Strategic AdvisoryFrom $2,292/mo billed annuallyMonthly strategy sessions, content brief reviews, monthly re-test, Slack access, platform access
Done for YouFrom $4,125/mo billed annuallyAdvisory plus article drafts, schema work, implementation support, community signal strategy

Custom adds Grok, Mistral and white-label. The trial needs a card. The billing toggle says yearly billing gives one month free, but the yearly platform prices work out to about 20% off. Read the invoice, not the toggle.

What works

The Deploy agent is why this review belongs on an agentic site. Most trackers near 79 EUR stop at a recommendation list. Visiblie says it ships the fix itself, and the delivery routes cover sites with a proper CMS API as well as sites where you can only add a script tag. The approval switch is the right design. Start in review mode and earn your way to autonomous.

Seats are generous too: five on Growth, unlimited on Scale. And the managed tier is a real option for a company that wants a named team to own the work.

What to check before you pay

Refresh speed comes first. The platform counts prompts per week, while the monitoring page sells "real-time" monitoring. Both can't describe the same product, so ask which one you're buying. On the plans as published, a fix deployed on Monday shows up in the data the following week at best.

Then the managed entry point. The done-for-you table lists an AI Visibility Audit plus Roadmap from $1,000, delivered in 5 to 7 business days and credited to a retainer. The FAQ on the same page and llms.txt name a 499 EUR GEO Roadmap delivered in 72 hours. Get the right one in writing.

Engine coverage is four engines on the published tiers. Grok and Mistral need Custom.

Proof is inconsistent. The about page says "trusted by thousands of users", the funding post says "hundreds of users" and "200+ companies", and the HAYAH Insurance case study is the vendor's own account. The pricing page also files Promptwatch under "more data, no action". That is vendor copy, and it is wrong.

Where it falls short of a full platform

Visiblie describes no AI crawler logs. Its agents can deploy a page, but nothing we read tells you whether ChatGPTBot or PerplexityBot fetched it afterwards, or hit an error. That is the step between "we shipped it" and "the model can read it", and plenty of GEO fixes stall there unnoticed.

It also documents no visitor analytics with conversions. Growth connects GSC and GA, but there is no described join from an AI-referred session to a signup.

When Promptwatch is the better buy

Promptwatch covers the same act-with-a-human-gate design and then measures the outcome. Content Agents plan from a content gap analysis, write, and publish to Webflow, Framer or WordPress (through an official plugin), with a review inbox in front of anything going live. Agent Analytics logs ChatGPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, GoogleOther and the Meta AI crawler, with a crawl-to-citation path and error tracking, so you can watch the new page get fetched and then cited. Visitor analytics, installed by script or GTM template, ties AI-referred visits to conversions. Every paid brand plan refreshes prompts daily.

If you're weighing Visiblie Growth or Scale, the plan to price is Professional at $245/mo: 2 projects, 150 prompts, 18,000 responses, 25M crawler logs, 1M visitor events and 15 AEO articles. Essential at $95/mo is enough if you only need 50 prompts and five articles a month. Agencies start on Kick-off at $199/mo with unlimited projects and prompts.

Verdict

Visiblie has the right instinct: agents that ship fixes, behind an approval switch, with people available if you'd rather not run it yourself. Settle the refresh cadence and the managed entry price before you sign. If you want the publishing loop plus evidence that crawlers fetched the result and visitors converted, trial Promptwatch alongside it and compare the two on the same 50 prompts.

FAQ

Can Visiblie publish changes to my site by itself?

Yes, according to its own pages, through the Deploy agent, with review or autonomous approval.

How often does Visiblie check prompts?

Weekly on the published plans: 50, 100 or 150 prompts a week. The "real-time" wording on the monitoring page doesn't match that.

Is the done-for-you service worth it over a platform?

Only if nobody on your team will act on recommendations. At $4,125/mo billed annually you're paying for people. A team that can review drafts will usually get further running Content Agents and Agent Analytics on promptwatch.com.
