Which AI visibility tools connect to Looker Studio for client reporting?

Which AI visibility tools connect to Looker Studio for client reporting? Promptwatch, Rankscale, LLM Pulse, Qwairy, Scrunch AI and Knowatoa compared by plan and price.

Agencies reporting on AI visibility run into the same problem early: the tool's own dashboard is not the one the client wants to see. Clients already have a Looker Studio report that combines Search Console, GA4 and paid media, and they want AI visibility in it. Exporting CSVs every month works for a month or two, then breaks.

So which AI visibility tools connect to Looker Studio? The answer varies by plan more than by vendor, because in most products the connector sits on a higher tier. This guide lists the tools with a Looker Studio connection that we could source, with the plan you need. Promptwatch comes first because the connector is available across its agency plans and from Professional on brand plans.

What to check beyond "has a connector"

A listed connector can mean very different things. Ask:

  • Which plan includes it? A connector on the top tier is no help to a small agency.
  • What data does it expose: only scores, or prompts, responses, citations and traffic?
  • Is there a REST API or MCP as a fallback if the connector does not cover a metric?
  • How often does the data refresh, and can you schedule the reports?
  • Can you white-label the output?

1. Promptwatch

Promptwatch offers a Looker Studio (Data Studio) connector, and custom reports plus Data Studio are on Professional ($245 a month) and every agency plan. Agency plans start at Kick-off ($199 a month), then Growth ($399) and Scale ($799). Every agency plan includes unlimited projects, unlimited pitch projects, unlimited prompts, ten seats, all models, visitor analytics, crawler logs, custom reports, the Looker Studio connector, and MCP plus API access. So the same account that holds prompts and citations also holds crawler logs and AI-referred visits, and all of it can feed a client report.

Beyond Looker Studio, Promptwatch produces PDF reports of any dashboard, scheduled PDF reports, and Excel or CSV exports with a column picker. A white-label workspace and client portal are listed for agencies, and white-label branding on PDF exports and schedules, though the plan details are not specified, so confirm with the vendor. Scoped API keys (project, organization, read-only) are available for custom pipelines.

The limit: Essential ($95 a month) does not list custom reports or Data Studio, so a single small brand on the entry plan will need to export instead.

2. Scrunch AI

Scrunch AI lists Looker Studio access on its Enterprise plan, alongside API access, SSO and a dedicated account team. Core ($250 a month) does not list it. Reporting is the most common complaint in the reviews we have collected, with users exporting to Excel to build client charts. If Looker Studio matters, expect a custom-priced conversation.

3. Rankscale

Rankscale lists Looker Studio on its Pro plan at $99 a month, with 1,200 credits, up to 4,800 answers a month, 10 brand dashboards and a 7-day trial. Pro+ ($229) adds REST API access. It is the cheapest route to a connector on this list, with the caveat that its credit system makes usage hard to forecast across engines, and that it carries no revenue attribution.

4. LLM Pulse

LLM Pulse lists its API, Looker Studio connector and CLI starting at the Scale plan, which is €299 a month on weekly tracking and €449 with daily tracking. Seats are unlimited on every plan. It is a focused tracker with a transparent price list, but the connector is not on the entry plans.

5. Qwairy

Qwairy lists Looker, crawler analytics and alerts on its Business plan at €449 a month (800 prompts, 10,400 credits). Starter is €79 and Growth is €199. Credits meter usage, and some engines are sampled by API rather than live interface, which matters if you are explaining numbers to a client.

6. Knowatoa

Knowatoa lists a reporting stack with API, MCP, Looker Studio and NinjaCat on its Growth plan at $199 a month, covering all seven AI search services. Entry pricing starts at $59 a month and does not include the reporting stack.

7. Advanced Web Ranking

Advanced Web Ranking is an SEO rank tracker with AI visibility tracking, and its Agency plan at $279 a month adds Looker Studio integration and a developer API. If your client work is still mostly classic rank reporting, this keeps everything in one place.

Who should pick which

An agency with several clients that wants the fullest dataset in Looker Studio: Promptwatch agency plans. The connector, crawler logs, visitor analytics and unlimited prompts all sit on the same plan, so one client report can show visibility, access and visits.

A small agency on a tight budget that mostly needs a connector: Rankscale Pro or Knowatoa Growth, accepting their limits.

A team already reporting classic rankings in the same tool: Advanced Web Ranking.

An enterprise buying through sales: Scrunch AI Enterprise.

Practical advice for client reports

Whichever tool you pick, test the connector with a real client dataset before you promise a dashboard. Check that country, topic and prompt fields come through, and that refresh timing matches your reporting calendar. And keep a note on every client report that AI answers vary from run to run, so the numbers are trends from a sample rather than exact counts. Clients trust the report more when it says so.
