AI visibility platforms with white-label reports and pricing per client

Compare AI visibility platforms with white-label reports, and see how pricing per client works across agency plans, with sourced prices and who each suits.

For an agency, two questions decide the shortlist. Can I hand a client a report with my branding on it, and what does each additional client cost me? Most AI visibility tools answer the first with a yes and bury the second. This comparison puts white-label reporting and cost per client side by side, using prices from vendor pages as recorded in our catalog. Where a vendor does not publish a number, we say so.

How per-client pricing works

There are three common structures, and they produce very different bills as you grow.

  • Flat agency plan with unlimited clients. You pay one price and add clients until you hit a response or prompt limit. Cost per client falls as you grow.
  • Per-client or per-brand pricing. Each client adds a line item. Predictable, but it scales linearly.
  • Credit pools. One balance of answers, shared across clients. Cheap at first, but a heavy month can run it dry.

Ask which one you are buying before you compare headline prices, because $149 for 500 brands and $149 for one brand are not the same offer.

The shortlist

1. Promptwatch

Promptwatch is built with agencies in mind and has the most complete agency plan structure among the tools we reviewed. Self-serve agency plans are Kick-off at $199 a month, Growth at $399 and Scale at $799. Every agency plan includes unlimited projects, unlimited pitch projects, unlimited prompts and 10 seats, and all AI models. The limits that vary are usage: Kick-off covers 10,000 responses a month, Growth 25,000 and Scale 65,000, with visitor events and crawler log volumes rising on each tier.

On white-label, Promptwatch lists a white-label workspace and client portal for agencies, plus white-label branding on PDF exports and schedules. It does not tie white-label to a named plan on its public pages, so confirm which plan you need before you sign. One caveat from its documentation: Slack briefings are not available on white-label workspaces.

Because projects are unlimited, there is no fee per client. Your cost per client is the plan price spread across the clients you fit inside the response allowance. As an illustration only, a Growth plan at $399 shared by ten client projects works out to under $40 each, if their combined usage fits the allowance. Agency plans also include crawler logs, visitor analytics, site audit, content gap analysis, custom reports, the Looker Studio connector and MCP plus API. They do not include AEO articles, the knowledge base or the automated Content Agent, so content-production workflows need a Business or Enterprise plan.

2. Other platforms with agency tiers

Ceyo is agency-first. Its Grow plan is $119 a month billed yearly, with 5 projects, API access and white-label exports. Pro+ is $399 a month billed yearly with unlimited projects. Models per plan are capped at 2 to 4, and the catalog notes the Content Agent is still in beta.

Rank Prompt has an Agency plan at $149 a month ($119.17 annually) with 500 brands, 10 seats and white-label reports, and Agency Plus at $299 a month ($239.17 annually) with a client portal and automated client reporting. Credits are spent on everything, so tracking capacity shrinks as you generate content.

Mentionable lists an Agency plan at 299 EUR a month with unlimited client projects, 385 prompts and white-label reports.

Wellows includes white-label reporting on every plan from $29 a month with unlimited projects and seats, with usage set by a monthly balance of AI answers. The catalog flags no Claude or Copilot tracking.

AI Citation Monitor has an Agency plan at $349 a month with 10 client workspaces and branded PDF reports.

Finseo is demo-led. A roundup reports 250 euros a month for 5 clients, which is secondhand and not on the vendor page.

AthenaHQ starts at $295 a month with unlimited users, and Scrunch AI at $250 a month with 5 licenses. Neither catalog entry lists white-label reporting, so check with the vendor if branding is a requirement. Profound is sold as an Enterprise product with custom pricing and an earlier estimate of about $40k a year, which usually rules it out for agencies sizing a per-client budget.

Who should pick which

Pick Promptwatch if you want a flat plan with unlimited projects and the full measurement stack, including crawler logs and visitor analytics, behind the report. Reporting is only as good as the data under it, and most rivals cover the monitoring layer alone.

Pick Rank Prompt or Ceyo if the cheapest credible white-label entry matters most and you can live within capped models or credit metering.

Pick Mentionable if you work with European clients and want unlimited client projects at a stated price.

Pick Wellows if you want white-label on every plan with a low entry price and your clients do not need Claude or Copilot coverage.

Questions to ask before you buy

Does the white-label cover the dashboard, the PDF, the portal login and the domain, or only the PDF? What is the unit of usage, and what happens when you exceed it? Are seats and projects truly unlimited? Is the price shown for annual billing? Get the answers in writing, and confirm them again at renewal, because plans change.
