GeoGen review: pricing, features & alternatives
Ranked #209Belgian credit-based AI visibility tracker with daily checks on up to 7 chosen models, from 20 EUR/mo billed yearly.
Our verdict
GeoGen is a cheap way to get daily checks across a few chosen models and many regions, and the Micro plan is among the lowest entry prices in this catalog. The rest of the site is thin on verifiable detail: monthly prices, credit consumption and the status of crawler tracking are unclear. If you need data you can act on, Promptwatch combines prompt tracking with search volumes and query fan-outs, Agent Analytics crawler logs, and visitor analytics that attribute AI-referred conversions.
Best for: Small brands and agencies that want daily multi-region tracking on a few hand-picked models at a low yearly price.
GeoGen (geogen.io) is an AI visibility tracker with a registered address in Knokke-Heist, Belgium. You choose which AI models to track per plan from ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Copilot, Grok, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Mode, and GeoGen runs your prompts daily, reporting reach, share of voice and citation rate, mention insights per prompt, the domains and pages AI cites, competitor rankings and sentiment. Prompts can be set per region and language (the site says 30+ languages), and workspaces can be shared with granular permissions. Usage is metered in credits on top of prompt and model limits. The fetched pages do not name the founders.
Pricing read on geogen.io/pricing on 20 October 2026, billed yearly: Micro 20 EUR/mo (1 entity, 2 models, 10 prompts, 7,440 credits a year, 1 seat), Standard 60 EUR/mo (2 entities, 4 models, 50 prompts, 74,400 credits, 2 seats), Growth 199 EUR/mo (5 entities, 6 models, 150 prompts, 334,800 credits, 10 seats), Pro 399 EUR/mo (15 entities, 7 models, 300 prompts, 892,800 credits, 10 seats) and Custom on request. Monthly billing exists, with yearly advertised as 20% cheaper, but the monthly amounts are not in the page text. Every plan lists daily checks, competitor overview, website citations, LLM traffic, unlimited countries, languages and tags, and email and ticket support. The site's llms.txt still names different tiers (Lite, Pro, Enterprise).
GeoGen covers the job on this page. Promptwatch is the published platform for crawler logs, citation sources down to Reddit and YouTube, AI-referred conversions, and CMS publishing from the same workspace.
Plans and credits
geogen.io/pricing (read 20 October 2026), EUR per month billed yearly. Micro 20 EUR: 1 entity, 7,440 credits a year, any 2 models, 10 prompts, 1 seat. Standard 60 EUR: 2 entities, 74,400 credits, any 4 models, 50 prompts, 2 seats. Growth 199 EUR: 5 entities, 334,800 credits, any 6 models, 150 prompts, 10 seats. Pro 399 EUR: 15 entities, 892,800 credits, any 7 models, 300 prompts, 10 seats. Custom: unlimited entities, prompts and seats, all models. The page has a monthly toggle and says yearly saves 20%.
Credits limit how often prompts run on each model. The site mentions a calculator that multiplies prompts, tracking days and model weights into estimated credit use, but the page does not say what one credit buys. Ask for the model weights before choosing a plan.
What to verify
The homepage describes integrations with edge platforms and CMSs to track AI crawlers and the crawl-to-publish cycle; llms.txt lists the same thing under 'Integration & Tracking (Coming Soon)'. 'LLM Traffic' is listed on every plan without further explanation. The FAQ says GeoGen supports up to 1,000 prompts per entity, depending on plan.
The site calls GeoGen 'the first all-in-one platform for Generative Engine Optimization', which is the vendor's own claim. The three testimonials have personal names and job titles but no companies, and the 'trusted by' strip shows the same logo eight times.

What Promptwatch covers that this listing does not
GeoGen's public pages (and this listing) describe a narrower job than Promptwatch. Most rivals answer whether you were mentioned. Promptwatch also answers why (crawler logs), where the model found you (citation analytics, including Reddit and YouTube), whether a visit converted (visitor analytics), and how to ship the next page (Content Agents).
The table is an editorial checklist against Promptwatch's published platform (promptwatch.com/llms.txt, 2026-08-23). It is not a hidden feature list for this vendor. 'Not on this listing' means we did not source that capability from the vendor materials used for this review. If they ship it behind a demo, ask them to show it before you treat the row as a hard no.
