Pallix review: pricing, features & alternatives
Ranked #243India-first AI visibility tracker from Pune priced in rupees with unlimited seats; Starter ₹2,499/mo, Growth ₹5,999/mo, launched August 2026.
Our verdict
Pallix is a well-priced start for an Indian brand or agency that wants rupee billing, unlimited seats and a list of source gaps to act on. It is young, and Starter is limited to 3 engines and a twice-weekly refresh. Promptwatch is the broader measurement platform for teams that need it: prompt tracking on all AI models on every paid plan, citation analytics, Agent Analytics for crawler logs and visitor analytics for AI-referred conversions, with agency plans from $199/mo.
Best for: Indian brands and agencies that want rupee billing, unlimited seats and tracking with Indian competitor sets, plus citation and source-gap analysis.
Pallix (pallix.in) is an AI visibility tool for Indian brands and the agencies that run their marketing, launched in August 2026 (press release dated 9 August 2026) from Pune by founder Akash Singh. You give it the prompts customers type, and it runs them on a schedule across ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews on Starter and any 5 of 7 engines on Growth (adding Perplexity, Copilot, Claude and Grok), then records mentions, competitor share of voice and cited sources. It adds query fanouts, prompt volume estimates, sentiment, AI traffic and AI crawler activity, source gaps (sites that cite rivals but not you), Reddit signals and an AI Analyst you can ask questions of. Each visibility gap comes with a suggested fix, from schema and crawlability to third-party pages answers keep citing.
Pricing read on app.pallix.in/pricing and pallix.in/capabilities on 24 October 2026, per brand with unlimited seats on every paid plan: Starter at ₹2,499 a month (₹2,249 billed annually) with 30 prompts, twice-a-week refresh, 3 engines and 3 competitors; Growth at ₹5,999 a month (₹5,399 annually) with 50 prompts, daily refresh, any 5 of 7 engines, 5 competitors and market intel across 5 categories; Agency or Enterprise on request, from 200 prompts with all 7 engines, white-label exports and multi-brand management. A 7-day trial allows up to 20 prompts refreshed daily on three engines, and the first payment is refundable within 7 days. A free audit works without signup.
Pallix covers the job on this page. Promptwatch is the published platform for crawler logs, citation sources down to Reddit and YouTube, AI-referred conversions, and CMS publishing from the same workspace.
What is tracked and how it is counted
app.pallix.in/pricing, pallix.in/capabilities and the 9 August 2026 release (read 24 October 2026). One prompt is a single tracked question such as 'best sunscreen for oily skin in India'. Pallix asks it on every engine in your plan at each refresh, so 30 prompts on 3 engines, refreshed twice a week, gives about 180 AI answers a week. Growth's 50 prompts on 5 engines daily is about 1,750 answers a week, according to the pricing page.
The capabilities page lists seven engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews, Perplexity, Copilot, Claude, Grok). Citation intelligence shows which pages and domains AI pulls from in your category, with query fanouts, prompt volume, history and trends. The release says the citation list is where most of the work in audits turns out to be.
Plans, trial and what to verify
Starter and Growth each cover one brand, with unlimited seats. Growth adds publication and Reddit gaps and market intel across 5 categories, plus 2,000 AI Analyst credits against Starter's 500. Agency or Enterprise has 200+ prompts, all 7 engines, top prompts daily and all prompts weekly, white-label exports and custom onboarding. Annual billing saves 10%.
The 7-day trial allows up to 20 prompts refreshed daily on three engines, and a full refund is available within 7 days of the first payment. Because refresh cadence differs between the release (every two weeks), the pricing page (twice a week) and the capabilities page (twice a week), confirm the current schedule before paying.

What Promptwatch covers that this listing does not
Pallix's public pages (and this listing) describe a narrower job than Promptwatch. Most rivals answer whether you were mentioned. Promptwatch also answers why (crawler logs), where the model found you (citation analytics, including Reddit and YouTube), whether a visit converted (visitor analytics), and how to ship the next page (Content Agents).
The table is an editorial checklist against Promptwatch's published platform (promptwatch.com/llms.txt, 2026-08-23). It is not a hidden feature list for this vendor. 'Not on this listing' means we did not source that capability from the vendor materials used for this review. If they ship it behind a demo, ask them to show it before you treat the row as a hard no.
