AI visibility reporting tool for client reporting

The best AI visibility reporting tools for client reporting: white-label PDFs, scheduled reports and dashboards compared across Promptwatch, Ceyo, Mentionable and more.

An agency adding AI search to its retainers hits the same wall within a month: the data exists, but the client cannot read a screenshot of a dashboard. Client reporting needs branded exports, a rhythm of scheduled delivery, numbers that connect to business results and enough structure that one analyst can produce twenty reports without rebuilding each. This guide compares AI visibility reporting tools on that job, using only published facts.

No report can promise a client that an AI engine will recommend them. A good report shows where they stand, what changed and what you did about it.

What client reporting actually requires

  • Branding. White-label PDFs or a client portal carrying your logo, not the vendor's.
  • Scheduling. Reports that arrive on a set day without someone clicking export.
  • Flexibility. Custom layouts per client, with the metrics that client cares about.
  • Data access. Exports, a Looker Studio connector or an API for teams that already report there.
  • Business metrics. AI-referred visits and conversions, not only a visibility score.
  • Pricing that survives many clients. Per-brand pricing gets expensive fast.

The shortlist

1. Promptwatch

Promptwatch is built for this and has the most complete reporting stack among the tools we compared. PDF reports can be generated from any dashboard and scheduled, with white-label branding on PDF exports and schedules. There is a white-label workspace and client portal for agencies, though the vendor does not tie it to a named plan, so confirm it before you buy. Custom reports and the Looker Studio (Data Studio) connector are on Professional and on every agency plan. Excel and CSV exports have a column picker. Dashboards can be built from templates, with a heatmap that compares any two dimensions, and Agent Chat can generate PDF reports from live data.

The data under the reports is what clients ask about: Visibility Score, Share of Voice, Sentiment and Position in Answer, citation analytics down to page, Reddit and YouTube, IP-verified crawler logs, and visitor analytics that attribute AI-referred visits and conversions.

Agency pricing: Kick-off $199, Growth $399 and Scale $799 a month, each with unlimited projects, unlimited pitch projects, unlimited prompts, 10 seats and all AI models. Slack briefings are not available on white-label workspaces.

2. AthenaHQ

AthenaHQ offers a GEO score and an Action Center, with Starter at $295 a month on credits. Agency reporting features are not detailed on its pricing page.

3. Scrunch AI

Scrunch AI Core is $250 a month with one brand workspace and five users, which sits awkwardly with multi-client agency work.

4. Profound

Profound mentions a self-serve Agency Growth plan with 400 credits a month per client workspace but shows no price. Enterprise pricing is custom.

5. Budget agency tools

  • Mentionable Agency is 299 euros a month, with 385 prompts, unlimited client projects, white-label reports and shareable audits.
  • Ceyo Grow is $119 a month billed yearly, with 5 projects, API and white-label exports. Pro+ is $399 a month with unlimited projects.
  • GetIntel Pro at $49 a month lists white-label among its features.
  • UltraScout AI lists branded PDF reports in its platform subscription, which is quote-led.

These cost less but report on fewer layers. None of them publishes crawler logs of the kind agencies use to explain why a client is invisible.

Who should pick which

An agency with five or more clients and a mix of services: Promptwatch agency plans. The deciding factor is usually the combination of scheduled white-label PDFs and the data behind them, crawler logs and traffic attribution, which let you explain results rather than just display them.

A freelancer with a handful of small clients: Ceyo, Mentionable or GetIntel may be enough. Check that the exports look like something you would send.

An in-house team reporting to executives: the Looker Studio connector and scheduled PDFs matter more than white-label.

Build the report around decisions

Open with what changed. Show Share of Voice against two competitors, the biggest citation gains and losses, crawler errors found and fixed, and AI-referred conversions. Close with what you will do next month. Clients rarely read more than one page, so make that page worth reading.
