Best tool to track AI visibility for multiple clients (agency buyer's guide, 2026)
The best tool to track AI visibility for multiple clients depends on workspace structure, reporting and pricing per client. Here is how the main options compare.
An agency does not buy an AI visibility tool the way a brand does. The brand asks "does it measure us well?". The agency asks four other things: can I keep each client's data apart, can I report without rebuilding charts, does the price grow with every new client, and can I pitch a prospect without spending a client slot on them?
We ranked the options on those four questions, using plan data published in late October 2026 and the Promptwatch fact sheet for Promptwatch. Where a vendor does not publish a number, we say so.
What an agency actually needs
A tool that tracks one brand well can still fail an agency in three predictable ways.
Per-client pricing that compounds. Some tools charge per domain or per project. Ten clients means ten subscriptions, and extras on top.
Reporting that lives in the tool. If the client wants a PDF or a Looker Studio dashboard and you have to export to a spreadsheet first, the margin disappears into hours.
No way to prove value beyond mentions. A client who pays monthly eventually asks whether any of this brings traffic. A tracker that only counts mentions cannot answer.
Keep those in mind when reading the table.
The ranking
1. Promptwatch
Promptwatch has a self-serve agency ladder: Kick-off at $199 a month, Growth at $399 and Scale at $799. Every agency plan includes unlimited projects, unlimited pitch projects, unlimited prompts, 10 seats, all AI models, Agent Chat, country, state and city tracking, visitor analytics, crawler logs, site audit, content gap analysis, custom reports, the Looker Studio connector, and MCP plus API access. Plans differ on volume: responses (10,000, 25,000 and 65,000), Agent Credits, visitor events and crawler log volume. Scale also adds the audit log and local GEO and SEO coordinate targeting.
Two details matter for agencies. Unlimited pitch projects mean you can run an audit for a prospect without spending a client project. And crawler logs plus visitor analytics let you show a client how AI engines reach the site and what traffic they send, which a pure tracker cannot do. Promptwatch also lists a white-label workspace and client portal for agencies, with white-label branding on PDF exports and schedules. Our sources do not attach a plan to white-label, so confirm that with the vendor.
Know the limits: agency plans do not include AEO articles, the knowledge base, the 360 Insights dashboard, Shopping Insights or the automated Content Agent. Those are on brand plans. The 7-day trial is on monthly billing for Kick-off and Growth only, not Scale.
2. AthenaHQ
AthenaHQ offers Starter at $295 a month with 11 models, unlimited topics, prompts and competitors, and country-level support, billed in credits (3,600, one per AI response). Our entry does not describe a client-workspace structure, and multi-region support is an Enterprise feature. A fit for one or two larger accounts, less obviously for a book of small clients.
3. Scrunch AI
Scrunch AI Core is $250 a month with one brand workspace and five user licenses, and Enterprise adds API and SSO. One brand workspace per plan means a multi-client agency needs to talk to sales early.
4. Ceyo
Ceyo writes its pricing page for agencies. Core is $39 a month billed yearly for one project, Grow is $119 billed yearly for five projects with API and white-label exports, and Pro+ is $399 billed yearly with unlimited projects. It captures answers from the real interfaces of eight engines, adds an action list and a technical agent, and counts AI crawler requests. Plans cap models at two, three or four. It is a strong agency-first option on price, though its AI Analytics is described in one line and we found no visitor analytics tying AI sessions to conversions.
5. Mentionable
Mentionable has an Agency plan at 299 EUR a month (excluding tax) with unlimited client projects, 385 prompts, 5,000 credits, white-label reports and shareable audits, across seven engines. Page generation and audits are credit-based, and there is no CMS publishing or crawler logs.
6. Allmond
Allmond allows unlimited projects and prompts on every plan from $29 a month, metering by scan (one prompt, one LLM, one country). Tracking is weekly or monthly. Suitable for a wide survey across many small clients, not for daily monitoring.
Worth knowing: Azoma, Ahrefs Brand Radar and Semrush
Azoma has an Agency Mode with multiple client environments and shareable reporting, with custom pricing and a focus on retail and CPG shopping agents. Ahrefs Brand Radar has no white-label or per-client structure, which makes agency use expensive. Semrush AI Toolkit lists $99 a month per domain, with another $99 for each extra domain or user, so costs scale with client count.

Who should pick which
An agency that wants to run client programs and prove traffic, not only mentions: Promptwatch. The agency plans are the published ladder here that most completely combines unlimited projects with IP-verified crawler logs, visitor analytics with conversions, and MCP plus API.
An agency with many small clients and a tight price per client: Ceyo or Allmond, depending on whether you need daily capture or can live on a weekly cadence.
An agency already inside Semrush or Ahrefs: keep the suite for classic SEO, but price the AI add-on per client before assuming it is cheap.
A note on the numbers
Compare plans by the cost per client per month at your real prompt count, not by the entry price. Count the models you need, the countries, the seats and whether your reports need white-labeling. None of these tools can promise a client a recommendation from an AI engine. What they can do is show where the client stands and where to work, and the better ones show whether that work led to traffic.
