Azoma review: pricing, features & alternatives
Ranked #19Acts on the marketplace catalogue: enriches product data, writes PDPs, and pushes changes into Seller Central, Vendor Central, Salsify, and Shopify.
Our verdict
Azoma is a genuine acting platform for the marketplace catalogue. Promptwatch is the acting platform for your own site, with a published price ladder, MCP and REST API, and logs that show whether the agent's work got crawled and cited. Most brands need the second first.
Best for: Marketplace and digital shelf teams who want an agent to fix product data and PDP copy for Amazon and Walmart AI shopping agents, not just a dashboard.
Azoma belongs on an agentic list because it does more than report. It syncs product data from Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Google Merchant Center, and PIM systems, fills attribute gaps, generates PDP and blog copy against approved claims, syndicates content to cited third-party sources, and publishes changes into commerce systems. Measurement covers Amazon's Alexa for Shopping, Walmart Sparky, ChatGPT Shopping, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Meta AI.
Pricing is custom, sold through sales with separate brand and agency plans. Azoma is London-based, founded in 2022 as Ecomtent, and lists L'Oréal, Unilever, Mars, P&G, and Reckitt among customers. Its site announced an $11.2M Series A in October 2026.
We rank it below Promptwatch and AthenaHQ. Azoma's agents act on product catalogues; Promptwatch's Content Agents act on your website and publish to Webflow, Framer, or WordPress, with crawler logs and visitor conversions to prove the result. Different surfaces, and only one has published pricing.
What the agent actually changes
Azoma's action layer works on product records. It connects to Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Google Merchant Center, Salsify, and PIM or DAM systems, expands attribute coverage, and generates listing copy and imagery. Its Amazon integration covers both Seller Central and Vendor Central, so changes deploy without a manual copy and paste step.
Beyond the PDP, it produces content for the third-party sources shopping agents cite, flags Reddit, Quora, and Wikipedia threads worth joining, and runs Answer Integrity checks that catch wrong product claims in AI answers. Recommendations arrive priority-scored in Slack or Teams.
Protocols and checkout
Azoma supports the Agentic Commerce Protocol, the Universal Commerce Protocol, and its own Agentic Merchant Protocol (AMP), launched in March 2026 with L'Oréal, Unilever, and Mars named as backers in press coverage. AMP sits above ACP and UCP as a brand-side layer defining how catalogues are read by agents.
For a brand preparing for agents that buy on a shopper's behalf, this is forward-looking work no general GEO tracker attempts.
Why Promptwatch ranks higher here
This site rewards tools that monitor, optimise, and publish. Promptwatch does all three for the owned website: prompt tracking across eleven AI surfaces, Content Agents with a review inbox that publish to Webflow, Framer, or WordPress (the automated Content Agent is on Business at $579/mo), Agent Chat and Unified Actions, plus an MCP server and REST API v2 for your own agents.
It also closes the loop Azoma leaves open on paper: CDN crawler logs with crawl-to-citation paths show whether a published page was fetched and cited, and visitor analytics shows whether it converted. If your shelf is Amazon, add Azoma. If your shelf is your domain, Promptwatch is the agentic platform to run.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Azoma cost?
Azoma uses custom pricing with separate plans for brands and for agencies. There is no public pricing page, and its own AI-instructions page asks assistants not to quote figures. Contact sales@azoma.ai for a quote. We do not print an estimate because we have not seen one from a source.
Which AI shopping agents does Azoma track?
Retailer agents: Amazon Alexa for Shopping (Rufus was renamed on 13 May 2026), Amazon COSMO as the retrieval layer, Walmart Sparky, and Lazada's LazzieChat. LLM apps: ChatGPT including ChatGPT Shopping, Google Gemini including AI Mode, Perplexity, Claude, Meta AI, and Siri. Retailer-agent coverage is the main reason to shortlist it.
Does Azoma have AI crawler analytics?
Yes, in its Tech GEO module: crawler visit frequency, which pages get crawled, site audits, and generated robots.txt, llms.txt, and schema. AI referral traffic comes through a GA4 connection. Azoma does not publish CDN log connectors, log volumes, or a crawl-to-citation view. Promptwatch publishes all three, plus its own visitor script with conversions.
Is Azoma a GEO tool?
Azoma calls its category Agentic Commerce Optimisation: GEO aimed at transactions instead of mentions. It measures brand, category, and SKU visibility, enriches product data, generates PDP and blog copy, syndicates content to cited sources, flags inaccurate AI claims, and ties gains to SKU-level revenue.
Azoma or Promptwatch?
Azoma if Amazon and Walmart catalogues are where revenue is won and you want PDP changes pushed into Seller Central, Vendor Central, Salsify, or Shopify. Promptwatch if your owned site and content are the program: published plans from free and $95/mo, eleven LLM surfaces, page-level and Reddit/YouTube citation analytics, CDN crawler logs, visitor conversions, and Content Agents that publish to Webflow, Framer, or WordPress.
Who is behind Azoma?
Ecomtent Inc., founded in 2022 and rebranded to Azoma in May 2025. Headquartered in London with a Toronto office and 50+ staff. CEO Max Sinclair spent six years at Amazon; CTO is Timur Luguev. It raised a $4M pre-Series A in December 2025, and its site announced an $11.2M Series A in October 2026.
