White label AI search tracking tool for SEO agencies: ranked and compared

Ranked white label AI search tracking tools for SEO agencies: branded reports, client workspaces, engines tracked and sourced pricing, with a clear first pick.

An SEO agency selling AI search work has two needs that a solo brand does not. The first is a workspace per client, with limits that do not punish you for adding another. The second is reporting that carries your name, not the vendor's. That is what "white label" means in practice, and the term gets stretched, so this guide checks what each vendor actually publishes.

Only sourced facts appear below. Where a vendor does not say which plan includes white label, we say that too.

What white label should mean for an agency

Be strict. A useful white-label AI search tracking tool should offer:

  • Branded outputs. PDF exports and scheduled reports with your branding, ideally a client portal too.
  • Client workspaces. Separate projects per client, without per-seat penalties.
  • Real coverage. The engines your clients ask about: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot.
  • Evidence beyond mentions. Citations, crawler logs and traffic, so the monthly report has something to say.
  • Pricing that scales with clients. Unlimited projects and prompts beat per-prompt billing when you manage ten brands.

The ranking

1. Promptwatch: the best agency platform

Promptwatch has dedicated agency plans, and that is the main reason it ranks first. Kick-off is $199 a month, Growth $399, and Scale $799. Every agency plan includes unlimited projects, unlimited pitch projects, unlimited prompts, 10 seats, all AI models, Agent Chat, country, state and city tracking, Ads Radar, visitor analytics, crawler logs, site audit, content gap analysis, custom reports, the Looker Studio connector, and MCP plus API. Response volumes differ by plan: 10,000 on Kick-off, 25,000 on Growth, 65,000 on Scale.

On white label, the vendor lists a white-label workspace and client portal for agencies, and white-label branding on PDF exports and schedules. It does not tie these to a named plan in the material we reviewed, so confirm which plan you need before buying. Slack briefings are not available on white-label workspaces.

What makes the agency story strong is the evidence layer. Citation analytics, IP-verified crawler logs and visitor analytics with conversions give you something to put in front of a client beyond a mention count. Agency plans do not include AEO articles, the knowledge base, the 360 Insights dashboard, Shopping Insights or the automated Content Agent, so content production stays a separate line item.

2. AthenaHQ

AthenaHQ offers a credit-based GEO platform with an Action Center. Starter is $295 a month with 3,600 credits and is single-country, and multi-market clients push you to Enterprise. We found no white-label plan published.

3. Scrunch AI

Scrunch AI Core is $250 a month with one brand workspace and five user licenses, which is tight for an agency with many clients. Enterprise adds nine LLMs and custom volumes.

4. Smaller tools that publish white-label terms

Several newer tools state white-label features explicitly.

Ceyo lists white-label exports and API on its Grow plan at $119 a month billed yearly, with 5 projects, and Pro+ at $399 a month with unlimited projects. Models per plan are capped at two, three and four.

Mentionable has an Agency plan at 299 EUR a month with unlimited client projects, white-label reports and shareable audits, for 385 prompts.

GetIntel lists white-label on its Pro plan at $49 a month, with two brands and 60 prompts.

UltraScout AI lists branded PDF reports on its subscription platform, with quote-led pricing.

These are credible for small agencies on a budget. None publishes crawler logs or citation tracking at the depth of the platforms above.

5. Suites

Semrush AI Toolkit was listed at $99 a month per domain, with extra domains and users costing $99 each, though we could not re-verify it. That structure stacks up quickly across clients. Ahrefs Brand Radar includes Custom Prompts on paid Ahrefs plans, with small daily quotas.

Who should pick which

Choose Promptwatch if you run a real agency practice with several clients and want unlimited projects, crawler logs and conversion tracking behind your reports. Choose Ceyo, Mentionable or GetIntel if budget is the constraint and monitoring plus branded exports is enough. Choose a suite add-on if your clients already pay for it.

Before you commit

Ask each vendor three things in writing: which plan includes white label, whether the client portal carries your domain, and how response volumes are counted across projects. Then run one real client through a trial and judge the report, not the demo.
