Aibevolen review: pricing, features & alternatives
Ranked #125Dutch GEO service for local SMEs: weekly ChatGPT and Perplexity measurement with source URLs from 30 EUR, or full management at 199 EUR.
Our verdict
Aibevolen is for the Dutch dentist or lawyer who wants to know whether ChatGPT recommends them and would rather pay 199 EUR a month for someone to fix it than learn schema markup. The weekly two-engine measurement with source URLs is honest and the benchmark is useful context. It is not a tool for marketing teams. Those teams, and agencies serving them, will want Promptwatch: daily real-UI monitoring across the full engine list, crawler logs, AI-referred conversions and Content Agents, from a company also founded in the Netherlands.
Best for: Dutch local service businesses who want someone to measure AI recommendations weekly and, if they choose, implement the schema, content and directory fixes for them.
Aibevolen (aibevolen.nl) is a Dutch service, not a SaaS dashboard, aimed at local businesses such as dentists, salons, lawyers and restaurants. A free 30-second check via Perplexity shows whether AI names you for 'best [trade] in [town]' and which competitors it names instead, with the source URLs the answer relied on. Subscribers are measured weekly via ChatGPT and Perplexity, and the company publishes a public GEO benchmark of Dutch SMEs: of 170 companies it tested, 74% did not appear for any query of that type.
Monitoring is 30 EUR/mo (or 360 EUR a year): weekly measurement, a technical basis check, a client portal with score history, alerts when you enter or drop out of answers, and an action list you execute yourself. A one-time implementation of the fixes is 500 EUR, reduced to 300 EUR with a monthly subscription or 200 EUR with an annual one. Volledig beheer (full management) is 199 EUR/mo, cancellable monthly, and the team implements improvements each month: schema.org and llms.txt, content, and external mentions on the sources AI cites. The score out of 100 weights AI mentions 60, FAQ content 20 and technical basis 20.
Aibevolen is the done-for-you option for a Dutch local business with no marketing team. It covers two engines weekly and has no software depth. Promptwatch is the Dutch-founded platform for teams that want to run this themselves at scale.
Check, monitoring, implementation, management
aibevolen.nl (reviewed 2026-09-12). The free check takes your company name, website, sector and location and returns within 30 seconds, via Perplexity, whether AI names you for sector queries, which competitors it names and the source URLs. Monitoring is 30 EUR a month or 360 EUR a year: weekly measurement via Perplexity and ChatGPT, technical basis check, client portal with score history, alerts, and an action list you execute yourself. The full audit is a PDF with 15 simulated customer queries, your score, the top 10 competitors and 5 to 10 improvement actions.
One-time implementation is 500 EUR, or 300 EUR with a monthly subscription and 200 EUR with an annual one. Volledig beheer is 199 EUR a month, cancellable monthly: the team implements improvements each month across technical work (schema.org, llms.txt), content and external mentions on the sources AI cites. The company is run by Hubert Getrouw (KvK 86958100). It states that in May 2026 it blind-tested its scoring against ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity with live web access and that 88 to 92% of top-scoring companies were named; that is the vendor's own test.
Service depth versus platform depth
What Aibevolen does well is grounding. Each competitor in your report is traceable to a real page, each recommendation names the directory or review site the AI actually pulled from (Google Maps, Zorgkaart Nederland, Trustpilot, Tripadvisor in the demo), and the portal shows the literal AI answer per assistant. The published benchmark of 170 Dutch SMEs, 74% unmentioned for 'best [sector] in [town]', is the kind of local context a national tool does not have.
Depth is the trade-off. Two engines measured weekly is a narrow window, the higher tiers are human labour rather than software, and there is nothing below the answer: no crawler-log view of AI bot hits, no crawl-to-citation path, no conversion attribution, no API. Promptwatch publishes real-UI monitoring across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Grok, Llama, DeepSeek, Mistral, Copilot and Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, Agent Analytics with named CDN integrations, visitor analytics with conversions and Content Agents to Webflow and Framer, for teams that want to run the programme themselves.

Frequently asked questions
Which AI assistants does Aibevolen measure?
Subscribers are measured weekly via ChatGPT and Perplexity, with the source URLs retrieved for each answer. The free check uses Perplexity only.
Is Aibevolen a software tool or a service?
Both, in layers. Monitoring at 30 EUR is a portal with weekly measurements and an action list. Implementation and Volledig beheer are services where the team does the work. There is no API or self-serve platform described.
Does Aibevolen have AI crawler logs or conversion tracking?
No. It measures recommendations and technical basics. It does not publish AI crawler logs or visitor analytics that attribute AI-referred sessions to conversions. Promptwatch publishes both.
