10 best done-for-you GEO services and agencies (2026)

Nine managed GEO services ranked by how much work they actually ship, from 199 EUR/mo to $15,000/mo, plus the in-house option: Promptwatch Content Agents, with agency plans from $199/mo.

Most GEO software hands you a dashboard and a list of recommendations. Then someone has to write the pages, fix the schema and chase the citations. If nobody on your team has the time, you pay people to do it. This list is for that buyer.

The catch is that a retainer reports on its own prompt set, with its own tool, on its own schedule. So we rank services by how much work actually leaves your plate, and by how easy it is to check that the work moved something.

How we picked

Every entry is in our directory with a catalog record. For the services added this month (winno, Geostar, AIGeschikt, Visiblie, Proofsource) we read the vendor's own pricing and service pages on 20 October 2026. The rest use their existing catalog entries. A service made the list if it does execution (content, schema, listings, outreach) and not only advice. We put published prices and clear scope above custom quotes, and we flag every place a vendor's pages disagree.

Promptwatch sits at number one for a different reason: it's the option to run the same program in-house, or to hold any agency on this list to an independent measurement layer.

1. Promptwatch

Promptwatch is software, not an agency, and it's here because it removes most of the reason to hire one. Content Agents plan from a content gap analysis, write, and publish to Webflow, Framer or WordPress, with a review inbox so a person approves each piece. Agent Analytics logs AI crawler visits with a crawl-to-citation path. Visitor analytics ties AI-referred sessions to conversions. That's the loop most retainers sell, run by your own team.

If you'd still rather hire, use it to check the agency. Agency plans start at $199/mo on Kick-off with unlimited projects and prompts and 10 seats; Growth is $399/mo. Brand plans start at $95/mo. The limit that matters: it doesn't do outreach or build your website.

2. AIGeschikt

AIGeschikt is a Rotterdam service for Dutch SMEs, and the best-specified one we read. It freezes 100 Dutch buying questions per client and asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews about 1,300 times a week. It diagnoses each gap, writes the fix from facts you confirmed, emails it for one-click approval and publishes to WordPress, Ghost, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace or a custom API.

Kern is 299 EUR/mo excl. VAT for 3 finished pieces a month; Groei is 499 EUR/mo for 5 plus MCP access in ChatGPT. Agencies can resell it from 899 EUR/mo. The limit: no self-serve dashboard, so you rely on the team's reporting, and it's built for the Dutch market only.

3. Geostar

Geostar now leads with a managed service for Shopify and ecommerce brands. Its team rewrites product pages (with your approval and rollback), fixes schema and llms.txt, writes content, places off-site citations and reports AI-attributed revenue by reconciling GA4 sessions with Shopify orders. That last part is a practical touch. The tracking platform underneath includes what Geostar calls agent analytics, a view of which AI bots visit which pages.

Lite software is $249/mo billed yearly; Full-Service with execution is custom. You keep all content and schema work if you cancel, with 30 days notice. The limit: the managed price isn't published, and the homepage results are anonymous quotes.

4. FirstIndex

FirstIndex sells one plan to software companies: $2,000 a month, month to month. The pitch is one real change shipped to your site every day, each checked by a person first, through your CMS or directly. A month covers up to 12 in-depth articles, 50+ fixes to existing pages, comparison and alternatives pages, free tools, index checks, and tracking and fixes in AI answers, with a report every Monday.

It says plainly that it doesn't promise rankings. The limit: there's no client dashboard, and it doesn't say how AI answers are tracked (no prompt count, refresh rate or tool named). At $24,000 a year, pair it with your own measurement.

5. Visiblie

Visiblie is a Belgian company that sells both a platform and people. Its done-for-you tiers are Strategic Advisory from $2,292/mo and Done for You from $4,125/mo, both billed annually; the second adds article drafts, schema work and implementation support. The platform's own Deploy agent can push schema and content through a CMS API, file access or a script tag, which helps the team ship.

Visiblie's pages give two different entry points for the managed work: a $1,000 audit on the pricing table, a 499 EUR GEO Roadmap in the FAQ and llms.txt. Ask which applies. The limit: prompts are counted weekly, and no AI crawler logs are described.

6. Petra Labs

Petra Labs is the enterprise end. It builds a custom prompt map per client from forum scraping, panel and clickstream data and search data, runs it until results settle, and captures the fan-out searches a model makes before answering. The team handles strategy, copy, technical audits, programmatic AEO, earned media and social, then builds custom attribution and marketing mix models tied to pipeline.

Engagements start at $15,000 a month, typically $250k to $600k+ a year, and Petra publishes that, which few firms at this level do. The limit: the site doesn't name the engines it covers, and custom prompt sets make results hard to compare with any other tool.

7. GetCito

GetCito is two products. A free, MIT-licensed self-host tracker, and a managed team. Growth at $599/mo gives 50 prompts across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and AI Overviews, plus a strategist, writer, frontend developer and community manager, with five human-written articles. Scale at $999/mo doubles prompts and articles. The paid plans publish hours and content counts rather than "custom", which makes the retainer easier to judge.

The limit: Claude, Copilot, AI Mode, DeepSeek and Meta AI are Enterprise-only, and nothing published attributes AI-referred traffic to conversions.

8. winno

winno is a Swiss agency in Männedorf that builds Webflow and Shopify sites, runs SEO and adds GEO on top, in German, for SMEs in German-speaking Switzerland. Its method is careful: a fixed prompt set agreed in a workshop, answer-ready passages on pages that already rank, Schema.org, llms.txt and crawler access, external mentions, and a monthly report measured with Finseo.

It's candid about limits and publishes its own monitoring numbers. Two free entry points exist: an SEO check and a 25-question GEO test. The limit is price clarity. There's no rate card, and winno says SEO plus GEO runs over CHF 10,000 in the first 6 to 12 months.

9. Proofsource (Managed)

Proofsource is mostly a self-serve tracker, and a careful one, with 95% confidence intervals on every percentage and a crawl-to-citation view from Cloudflare or a log drain. Its Managed plan, from $1,000 a month, adds all 10 engines, fixes and outreach done for you, a named strategist and a monthly review call. That makes it the cheapest way on this list to get a person working off statistically honest data.

The limit: the managed tier is a small slice of the product, and the pages we read say little about its scope beyond that list.

10. Aibevolen

Aibevolen is for the Dutch dentist, salon or law firm. Full management (Volledig beheer) is 199 EUR a month, cancellable monthly, and the team implements schema.org, llms.txt, content and external mentions on the sources AI cites. Every recommendation is backed by the source URL the AI used, and a public benchmark of 170 Dutch SMEs gives your score context.

It's the cheapest real done-for-you option here. The limit: measurement covers only ChatGPT and Perplexity, weekly, and it isn't built for national brands or ecommerce.

We also looked at Previsible and OneLittleWeb. Both are real agencies with GEO services, but neither publishes a GEO price or methodology, so we couldn't rank them against the scopes above.

Who should pick which

A Dutch SME with no staff should start with AIGeschikt, or Aibevolen if it's a local business on a tight budget. Shopify brands should talk to Geostar, software companies to FirstIndex, Swiss German-speaking SMEs to winno. Enterprises that need revenue proof and can spend six figures have Petra Labs.

Everyone else should first ask whether anyone on the team has an hour a week to approve drafts. If yes, the in-house route usually costs less and you own the data.

Run it yourself, or check whoever runs it

Every service above reports on its own terms. That's fixable. Set up a Promptwatch project on the same questions the agency tracks. Prompts refresh daily, citation analytics shows which pages and Reddit or YouTube sources the answers lean on, Agent Analytics confirms the agency's new pages were actually crawled, and visitor analytics shows whether AI visits became leads.

If the agency's numbers and yours agree, renew. If they don't, you have the evidence. And if you find your team is approving most of the work anyway, Content Agents can take over the writing. Start at promptwatch.com.
