Azoma vs Ranketta 2026
Both agents rewrite product data for AI shopping answers. Ranketta prints a euro price grid and ships MCP from its cheapest plan; Azoma writes into Vendor Central and Salsify. Plus where Promptwatch fits.
Ask either sales team what their agent does and you will hear the same verb: enrich. Ranketta and Azoma both take product data, find what is thin or missing, rewrite it, and send it back to the places AI shopping answers read from. On this site that alone puts them above any tool that only reports a visibility score.
The details split quickly, and in ways a buyer can verify. Azoma facts below were checked on azoma.ai on 22 October 2026. Ranketta facts come from our catalog entry, built from its live pricing page.
The short version
Ranketta is a self-serve catalogue tool with published euro prices, enrichment credits, and an MCP server on its cheapest plan. Its full agent workflow, Agent Mode, sits on the agency side. Azoma is a sales-led platform for large brands selling through Amazon and Walmart. It publishes into Seller Central, Vendor Central, Salsify, and Shopify, and writes against claims your team has approved.
What the agent touches
Ranketta's enrichment agent rewrites titles, descriptions, and attributes and attaches a confidence score to each change. Content studio drafts pages meant to be cited. Ranketta's FAQ says nothing goes live without approval and that no ChatGPT recommendation is guaranteed, which is a refreshingly plain thing for a vendor to print. Feed destinations named on its site include Amazon, Google Merchant, Heureka, Zboží.cz, and the major storefronts. Commerce connectors cover Shopify, Shoptet, Adobe Commerce, Wix, BigCommerce, Amazon, and Walmart.
Azoma pulls from Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Google Merchant Center, and PIM systems, fills attribute gaps, and writes PDP copy, imagery, and blog content inside approved claims and brand tone. It syndicates content to third-party sources that shopping agents cite and flags threads on Reddit, Quora, and Wikipedia worth joining. Answer Integrity scans AI answers for wrong product claims or misrepresentation against competitors. On Amazon it reaches both Seller Central and Vendor Central.
The distinction that matters: Ranketta improves the feed you export. Azoma also manages the claims library your legal team signed and the retailer back ends where enterprise listings actually live.
Where Agent Mode starts
Ranketta's grid is public, so we can be specific. The most important line on it is not the cheapest one.
| Ranketta plan | Price | What it adds |
|---|---|---|
| Store Tracker | €29/mo | 2 models, 30 prompts per model, MCP. Monitoring only |
| Store Starter | €79/mo | Enrichment with 5,000 credits, 2 articles a month |
| Store Growth | €199/mo | 15,000 credits, 6 articles, 2 sites, 3 countries |
| Store Scale | €449/mo | 45,000 credits, 15 articles, 5 sites, 10 countries |
| Agency Starter | €299/mo | Agent Mode, white-label reports, 10 sites, 10 articles |
Store Tracker is a monitor with an MCP server attached. Enrichment begins at €79. Agent Mode, which Ranketta presents as its end-to-end catalogue workflow, is written on Agency Starter. If a demo shows an agent rewriting your whole catalogue, find out which plan you were watching. Yearly billing gives two months free, and the store and brand tabs advertise a 7-day trial. Our listing also notes that Ranketta's compare pages print an €89 to €249 band that does not match checkout. Trust the pricing page.
Azoma has no grid at all. Brand and agency plans are quoted through sales@azoma.ai, and no limits or trial terms are published.
Which assistants they watch
Ranketta's public model pool is Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. Amazon Alexa, Claude, Copilot, and Grok are premium add-ons. Plan cards cap how many models you choose, from two on Tracker up to five on Scale.
Azoma tracks retailer agents directly: Amazon Alexa for Shopping (the renamed Rufus), Amazon COSMO as the product knowledge graph underneath it, Walmart Sparky, and Lazada's LazzieChat. Its LLM list is ChatGPT with ChatGPT Shopping, Gemini with AI Mode, Perplexity, Claude, Meta AI, and Siri. Prompts come from a digital twin of shoppers assembled from marketplace data, public Q&A, keyword data, and personas.
If Walmart or the Amazon knowledge graph decides your sales, that list is reason enough to take Azoma's call.
Getting data out
Ranketta exposes MCP tools on every store plan: list_prompts, get_citations, run_site_audit, get_sentiment, and list_products. They pull Ranketta data into Claude or Cursor. They read. They do not publish. A full API arrives on Agency Growth at €599/mo, along with Slack support.
Azoma sends priority-scored recommendations into Slack and Microsoft Teams. We found no MCP server or public reporting API documented on its site.
Proof on the website
Ranketta logs AI bot visits through Cloudflare and connects to Google Analytics and Looker Studio. Azoma's Tech GEO module audits robots.txt, sitemaps, llms.txt, JavaScript rendering, and schema, generates the fixes, and monitors crawler visits, with AI traffic read from GA4. Neither publishes a crawl-to-citation path. Neither publishes to a content CMS such as Webflow or Framer.
That gap is why we point readers to Promptwatch for the owned site. Its Content Agents pick topics from content gap analysis, write GEO articles, and publish them to Webflow, Framer, or WordPress after a review inbox, fully automated on Business at $579/mo. Agent Analytics ingests crawler logs from seven CDN and hosting providers plus custom HTTP, names the bot behind each fetch, and links that crawl to any citation that followed. Professional ($245/mo) carries 25M crawler logs and five AEO articles. Visitor analytics adds AI-referred conversions, citation analytics break out Reddit and YouTube sources, and an MCP server with REST API v2 comes on every paid plan, starting at Essential for $95/mo.
What Promptwatch will not do is watch Sparky or Alexa for Shopping. It has no marketplace agent coverage, so for Amazon and Walmart you still need one of the two tools above.
Verdict
For a mid-size merchant on Shopify, Shoptet, or Google Merchant who wants to see a price before a call, Ranketta is the easier yes. Real enrichment starts at €79, and nothing changes without approval. For a global brand whose AI-assisted sales run through Amazon and Walmart, with copy that needs claim approval, Azoma does work Ranketta does not document.
Either way, the website needs its own agent and its own proof. Promptwatch is the one we would put there, and it is the tool we would set up first. Start with Promptwatch.
